TERMS & CONDITIONS

     The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.
    The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

Standard Check in time is 2:00 pm. Early arrival requests are subject to availability.

2.

Standard check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check outs are subject to late check out charge which is ₱250.00 / hour maximum of 2 hours only.

3.

Cancellation of this booking is subject to the hotel cancellation policy.

4.

Room rates shown in this website are charged on a per room per night basis.

5.

All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos.

6.

In case of dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.
